About Sealant Enterprises
Manufacturing unit of sealant enterprises was established in April 1989. Initially our products were quick release couplings and special purpose machines. Our first customer for QRC was TELCO (now Tata Motors).
Quick Release coupling (also known as QRC, Quick Connect Coupling or Quick Couplings) is used for easy, quick connection and disconnection of flexible lines carrying fluids, slurry, air, vacuum, etc. QRCs are fast, economic, needs no tools to connect & disconnect, safe, efficient and there is no leakage.
In last about 24 years, we have developed more than 2000 different types of Quick Release Couplings. Main types of QRC are Through coupling, Single shut off, Pneumatic coupling, Double shut off, Hydraulic couplings, Pin lock coupling, Cam lock coupling and special QRCs.
We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company and our scope include design and manufacturing of QRCs. We have testing facility ranging from 0.1 bar to 350 bar testing pressure. Irrespective of quantity (may it be 1 or 5000 units) each and every QRCs is tested for various leaks. We also keep stringent quality control to ensure that same design QRCs are interchangeable years after years.
Our strength is to design and produce QRC to suit customerâ€™s specific requirements. This includes QRCs used for testing of components on systems. These QRCs have increased the testing efficiency by 4 to 10 times. In last 24 years, our customer base is now grown to more than 500 all over India. Our motto is to provide solutions for quick changeovers and improve equipment utilization by reducing down time of machine and labor.

We have started manufacturing QRCâ€™s in 1989. In these 23 years our customer base is now around 500 all over India. List of some of our major customer is attached.
Considering our experience in QRCâ€™s, ZF Steering gears ordered us their Limiter Valves assembly which they were importing at very high price, we started to manufacture these valves in 1996 at 400 units per month. In 2002, valve import stopped. In 2002, our capacity grew to 4000 units per months. Now we are producing about 3,00,000 units per year (25000 units per month)
We purchase and test the raw material, machine various components, clean and assemble them, and then we test 100% pieces for leak. We are using direct U-Tube manometer for testing. In last 6 years, our vendor rating (Quality + Delivery) is 100% more than 50% times of 3 monthly assessments and it is minimum 99.8%
In 2004, ZF Steering gears India Ltd arranged a vendor meet and we were awarded the Best Supplier Award. It was the only time they held a vendor meet and presented Award.
We also manufacture Quick change Tip Jaws for CNC Power chucks. We have a patent for the design and received â€œG S Parkhe Awardâ€ for this product in May 2007. We participate in 2 exhibitions every year with our products.
Again our strength is to design and develop jaws to clamp odd shaped jobs. Some of these developments are mentioned in case studies.
